This boy’s father died and left his two sons a flat in Prague. Tragic but also a stroke of luck because housing prices are insane in Prague at the moment. Our guy decided to buy the brother’s half for himself. To do so he had to sell all his valuables, spend all his savings, and take some loans. Even though it was a right decision, it got our boy in a difficult situation. He wanted to renovate the place and couldn’t afford it. He was only able to repay a long-term loan. That was a no go for me so I offered him an alternative. The boy was quite muscular. He worked for a security company so staying in a good shape was a necessity for him.
