He had a technical education and wanted a job in that area. I had one open but he didn't fit the profile that well. Still, I wanted to get to know the boy more intimately so I made him an offer. He liked it but our mediation fee was too high for him. So I made him another offer. He hesitated a lot, I was getting nervous that I might loose the boy but he agreed eventually. He was really in deep financial problems and let me to do everything I desired. It cost me a lot but his super tight ass was one of the best I tasted lately.
